Many companies are becoming more interested in leveraging CRST’s global audience by advertising with CRST and providing product to test so that reviews are posted on the web site and sent to the manufacturer. Dave will spend more time focusing on business development this year in creating strong bonds with companies to further their products and promote them on his web site. To that end, there are multiple options available from “wrapping” a 30’ trailer with your company information and decals, web site banner ads, product placement at track events to simply providing parts to be tested and reviewed for the Daytona 675. Should you be interested in opening a dialogue in regards to this for 2008, please email Dave directly. New to the mix for 2008 to extend CRST’s target audience, there will be several DVD’s for sale next year and regular appearances on www.onthethrottle.tv to more than triple CRST’s audience

CRST attended over 300 track days across the country  in 2006 with a total motorcycling audience of over 100,000 riders at the track alone for the second year of operation. This does not factor in seminars, emails to riders from all over the world regarding tuning questions (especially on the 675) and referrals from track day riders, or the average of 1,000+ unique visits to the CRST web site per week. Similarly, it does not account for the many thousands of readers of magazines that have seen many of Dave’s published articles  or the global audience for his www.onthethrottle.tv webisodes.

The 2008 calendar already has well over 180 dates scheduled and it is only the first week of January! There will no doubt be more dates added with a lot more focus on seminars for the first two months of the year pass as the schedule comes together.

With the continued support of California Triumph (www.calmoto.com) for 2008, we will continue to race/develop the Triumph Daytona 675 in AFM and the 2004 Daytona 600 will become a back up bike. Project Daytona information will still be regularly posted on my site and calmoto.com, detailing 675 engine enhancements, suspension and geometry changes and component reviews.
